“ Cute marshmallow shop with Instagram worthy drinks and atmosphere. I got the Birthday Cake Frozen White Chocolate which came with marshmallow fluff and a block of marshmallow on top. It was delicious. The Salted Caramel Marshmallow Smore was equally good. Friendly service and a nice place to relax. I picked up cute boxes of marshmallows as gifts. ”
“ First time customer. I found this company online when I heard someone else mention flavored marshmallows and I decided to go with XO, out of the other three I found. I ordered online and my total was just under 40 Free shipping for a purchase of 35 or more I received my order within 5 days and that to me is a quick ship It is pretty cold here in New England, so I wasn't worried about any damage to them because of the heat. Easy ordering process and they seem to have extra percentages off for different reasons each month. I do wish they had a bigger selection of flavors, but I obviously found a few that I was happy with and I am sure I will order from them again. UPDATE: Sunday May 12, 2024 I came to the actual location on North Clark in Chicago, passing through while traveling with my son. Ariana was super friendly and made a great tasting Salty Caramel Cappuccino. I bought a s'mores fluff cup, cookie dough chocolate covered cookie. Yummy The atmosphere was chill and fun. ”
“ Was lucky enough to be able to experience this store when it was open (now they are online ONLY) but regardless when ordering in person or having them shipped to me in NC it was nothing short of delicious! I have tried many of their flavors and I haven’t had a bad one yet! Even the pickle strawberry mallows were delicious 10/10 go to their website and do yourself a favor by supporting a small business!! ”

I have gotten multiple shipments of different items that all shipped well for both personal use and for gifting. I made sure to stop by the cafe one more time before they closed and I took my mother who loves marshmallows. Our drinks were great as usual and I’m glad to have made it in one meal time. I totally understand in this economy why they closed the shop and I will happily continue supporting them in whatever form they take. ”
“ I love marshmallows! So I was very excited to try this place!! We walked in and it was so freaking cute! The colors on the walls and all the things they offer were super cute! The service was great and the ladies that worked there were also very patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted.. I got the Gourmet Hot Chocolate and an assortment of marshmallows thatI couldn’t wait to try I didn’t even get a photo :/ but I will say the funfetti was my favorite! Salted Carmel was also pretty good and surprisingly to me the cotton candy was also delicious! Everything felt so high end and every bite I took was just so luxurious. Such an experience! Their treats are just as sweet and delicious as their content, no lie! I tried the S’mores marshmallow and it was delicious! Also, the atmosphere is so cute! Super Instagrammable, but also the perfect spot to study/work or chat with friends. If you decide to stop by, don’t forget to take a photo with their Polaroid in the back; they make for good memories :) ”
“ XO Marshmallow takes marshmallows to a whole new level! The marshmallows offer unique flavors as well as classic favorites. The product that has me a raving fan, however, is the OMG marshmallow fluff! It looks like a pint of ice cream but the reality is soooo much better! While the brick and mortar cafe closed at the end of 2024, the online store remains, meaning I don't have to drive 6 hours for my favorite treats!
